All timings run from the start time of your
session in Kochi local time (IST). A cancellation
counts from the moment you submit it on Lifed,
so please cancel here rather than by message
or call.
If your Healthmate or Lifed cancels
You get 100% back. Always.
This overrides the table above. If your
Healthmate materially changes the date,
the start time by more than 2 hours,
the venue or the named lead practitioner,
you choose:
accept it, move to another date at your
original price, or take a full refund.
They must tell you at least 5 days before
the start.
If a cancellation or material change
reaches you within 48 hours of the start,
we also add Lifed credit worth 10% of your
booking, up to ₹5,000.
If you cannot make it
You can
move this session once at no charge,
with at least 24 hours' notice, if your
Healthmate has space. Further moves are up
to them.
Moving instead of cancelling
Ask to move your booking from your dashboard.
If your Healthmate has space,
you keep your original price,
even if it has gone up since you booked.
If a move is not possible and you cancel
instead, the table above applies.
What is not refunded
-
Not turning up, on a session you never
cancelled.
-
Being asked to leave for conduct, or for
not declaring something material about
your health.
-
Anything you paid your Healthmate directly,
outside Lifed.
Getting your money back
There is no Lifed booking fee to deduct, so
a 100% refund is 100% of what left your
account.
We start the refund within 7 working days.
UPI usually completes in 3 to 5 working days.
Cards and bank transfers take 5 to 10 working
days after we start it, which is your bank's
timeline rather than ours. Lifed credit is
issued straight away.
Worth knowing before you book
Personal illness, a family emergency or a
work commitment are handled by the table above,
because your Healthmate has held a place for
you and turned others away.
If you have documentation of a serious medical
emergency, we will raise it with your Healthmate
and ask them to consider a date move or a
discretionary refund. They decide, and we will
tell you either way.
